PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION
Admission Criteria

Successfully passing the program’s admission exams, which include:
- English Language Exam
- Information Technology (IT) Exam
- Personal Interview to assess English speaking skills, communication skills, and personality.
- Applying through the Egyptian Coordination Office” Tansiqe Office” to be nominated to any Faculty of Medicine at an Egyptian governmental university ( N.B : EMP Program does not accept nominated students for National , Private university’s and El Azhar University )
- An application fee of EGP 2.000, to be paid online via the application link
- Application fees are non-refundable.
- In case of non-payment of the application fees, your application will be automatically cancelled.
- The Office of Admissions and Registration will notify you via email with the dates and locations of the required Admission examinations.
- Your application is valid only for the academic year to which you are applying

- Applying through the Expatriates Coordination Office ("Study in Egypt") to be nominated to the Faculty of Medicine – Ain Shams University (privet Program )
- An application fee of USD 350, to be paid at the Arab African International Bank after receiving a payment authorization from the program’s application office through the applicant or who is on his behalf OR by direct payment to EMP Account ( 04/082/19036/1 ) and applicant must send Email to emp.admission@med.asu.edu.eg containing Screenshot confirming the payment process is completed and upload through the application form
- Application fees are non-refundable.
- In case of non-payment of the application fees, your application will be automatically cancelled
- The Office of Admissions and Registration will notify you via email with the dates and locations of the required admission examinations

شروط القبول:

اجتياز اختبارات القبول للبرنامج بنجاح، والتي تشمل:
- اختبار اللغة الإنجليزية
- اختبار تكنولوجيا المعلومات
- ، والمقابلة الشخصية لتقييم مهارات التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية – مهارات التواصل- السمات الشخصية
- التقديم إلى مكتب التنسيق المصري للمصريين - للترشيح لأي كلية طب بجامعة حكومية مصرية ملحوظة: البرنامج لا يقبل التنسيق للجامعات الخاصة والأهلية وجامعة الازهر
- رسوم التقديم 2000ج.م يتم سدادها online من خلال رابط التقديم
- رسوم التقديم غير قابله للاسترداد
- في حاله عدم سداد رسوم التقديم سيتم الغاء طلبك تلقائيا.
- سيقوم "مكتب القبول والتسجيل" بإبلاغك عبر البريد الإلكتروني بمواعيد وأماكن اختبارات القبول المطلوبة.
- طلب التقديم صالح فقط للعام الدراسي الذي يتم التقديم إليه

اجتياز اختبارات القبول للبرنامج بنجاح، والتي تشمل:

- التقديم إلى مكتب تنسيق الوافدين "ادرس في مصر"- للترشيح لكليه طب عين شمس – البرنامج الخاص
- رسوم التقديم 350$ يتم سدادها بالبنك العربي الافريقي بعد الحصول على اذن دفع من مكتب التقديم بالبرنامج عن طريق المتقدم او من ينوب عنه او عن طريق تحويل بنكي لرقم حساب (04/082/19036/1 ) مع التأكيد علي ارسال ايميل emp.admission@med.asu.edu.eg به Screen shot يؤكد الدفع مع رفعه علي رابط التقديم الخاص بالبرنامج
- رسوم التقديم غير قابله للاسترداد.

Your Motivation Letter
In your motivation letter, please explain why you are interested in joining the Extended Medical Program (EMP) and how you believe it will benefit your academic and professional goals. Please also highlight any relevant experiences or skills that make you a strong candidate for the program.
Important Note:
The motivational letter should be typed in
- 3-5 paragraphs
- Font 14
- PDF file
It is important to make sure that the letter is originally written by the applicants themselves without
copying from other sources (different internet resources, AI, etc…)
Breaking any of the above will lead to an automatic rejection of your application.
